The bar

Located within an old stable, the Bar offers guests a rich continental breakfast.

On the buffet there is no shortage of fresh local products, including warm tasty Matera bread to be topped with organic extra virgin olive oil produced on our farm, wood-fired focaccia, fresh cherry tomatoes and upon request, cured meats, cheeses and other dairy products – all locally produced.

Aperitifs include little sandwiches, focaccia, various traditional nibbles and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
